Book of the Month
We would like to introduce you to some of our favorite books on the Alexander Technique.
BY Debbie Caplan
Debbie Caplan's classic book on the Alexander Technique gives you an introduction to the technique as well as bodymind movement explorations designed specifically for people with back problems. This is a great book with lots of photos and sketches that help illustrate how our everyday habits can contribute to tension and back problems and how applying the Alexander Technique can help. My students have found this book extrememly helpful.
A Physical Therapist and Senior Teacher of the Alexander Techniuqe Debbie Caplan spent over 40 years working with people with back pain and teaching them how to move with greater ease.
